DAY ONE:

Tuesday October 15, 2024

7:15am – 1 x 56-passenger motor coach to pick up the group and your TNT Activities Director on the South-West corner of Church Street and Gould Street in Toronto.

7:30am – depart for New York City.  Rest/meal stops and a driver change will be made on route.

6:30pm – arrive in Manhattan and enjoy a guided walking tour.  You will see Times Square, the Theater District, Fifth Avenue, Rockefeller Center and much more!  You will have free time to purchase food. 

10:15pm – meet your Activities Director on the South-West corner of 8th Avenue and 42nd Street (in front of Carlos Bake Shop) and board your bus for your hotel.   

10:45pm – arrive in New Jersey and check in at your hotel:

DAY TWO:

Wednesday October 16, 2024

8:00am – the group will enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel.  (included)

9:30am – board your motor coach at your hotel and depart for Manhattan.

10:00am – enjoy a guided driving tour of the Upper West Side, Harlem and the Upper East Side.  You will see the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, the Cathedral of St. John the Divine, Columbia University, the Cotton Club, the Apollo Theatre, and Museum Mile!

11:30am – enjoy a guided walking tour of Central Park.  You will see the Bethesda Fountain, Conservatory Pond, Belvedere Castle, Turtle Pond, the Shakespeare Garden, Strawberry Fields and the Dakota House!

1:30pm – the group will be given time to purchase their lunch on Ninth Avenue.

3:00pm – enjoy a guided driving tour to see the New York Public Library, Grand Central Station, the Chrysler Building and the United Nations Headquarters.  

5:00pm – You will be given free time in either Herald Square where you may see Macy’s and Madison Square Garden or in Times Square where you may wish to purchase discount tickets for tonight’s Broadway or Off-Broadway theatre performances (extra cost).  You may wish to visit either the Empire State Building (extra cost) or the Top of the Rock (extra cost) or Edge (extra cost) or Summit (extra cost).    

– THE MOTOR COACH AND DRIVER ARE OFF-DUTY UNTIL 10:45PM. THERE ARE FREE WASHROOMS (UNTIL 10PM) AND FREE WIFI IN BRYANT PARK (6TH AVENUE AND 40TH TO 42ND STREETS)

11:00pm – board your motor coach at the corner of 6th Avenue and 39th Street for your hotel.  

11:30pm – arrive at your hotel.  Overnight.

DAY THREE:

Thursday October 17, 2024

8:00am – the group will enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel.  (included)

9:30am – board your motor coach at your hotel and depart for Manhattan.

10:30am – enjoy a guided walking tour of the Financial District.  You will see Wall Street, the New York Stock Exchange, the 9/11 Memorial, One World Trade and more!

12:00pm – the group will be given time to purchase their lunch in the South Street Seaport area.

1:30pm – enjoy a scenic, narrated boat cruise.  You will see the Brooklyn Bridge, the Manhattan skyline, Staten Island, Ellis Island, the Statue of Liberty and  more!  (extra cost $25US cash – pre-pay to your TNT Tours Activities Director)

3:00pm – enjoy a guided driving tour of Greenwich Village, SoHo, Little Italy and Chinatown.

4:00pm – the group will be given free time in SoHo/Greenwich Village/Little Italy/Chinatown.

6:00pm – board your motor coach at Broadway and Houston for Mid-Manhattan.

6:45pm – the group will be given free time in either Herald Square or Times Square. SAME EVENING OPTIONS AS DAY 2.  THE MOTOR COACH AND DRIVER ARE OFF-DUTY UNTIL 10:45PM

11:00pm – board your motor coach at 6th Avenue and 39th Street for your hotel.  Overnight.

11:30pm – arrive at your hotel.  Overnight.

DAY FOUR:

Friday October 18, 2024

8:00am – the group will enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel.  (included)

9:30am – board your motor coach at your hotel and depart for Manhattan.

10:30am – enjoy a walk on the High Line.  You may see Vessel, the Manhattan skyline, Chelsea, and Little Island!

12:00pm – the group will be given time to purchase their lunch in the Chelsea Market area.

2:00pm – board your bus for Mid-Manhattan.

3:00pm – the group will have free time to visit museums and sites (extra costs) – Museum of Modern Art, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, American Museum of Natural History, the NBC Studios Tour, Mercer Labs, the 9/11 Memorial Museum, RiseNY, the Museum of Broadway, the tour of Madison Square Garden, the tour of the United Nations Headquarters, or a dance class at Broadway Dance Center are suggestions.   Bus drop-offs will be made in Lower Manhattan and Mid-Manhattan.  SAME EVENING OPTIONS AS DAY 2.  THE MOTOR COACH AND DRIVER ARE OFF-DUTY UNTIL 10:45PM

11:00pm – board your motor coach at 6th Avenue and 39th Street for your hotel.  Overnight.

11:30pm – arrive at your hotel.  Overnight.

DAY FIVE:

Saturday October 19, 2024

8:00am – the group will enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel.  (included)

9:30am – board your motor coach at your hotel and depart for Brooklyn.

10:30am – enjoy a visit to DUMBO.  The group will be given time here to purchase their lunch and to walk across the Brooklyn Bridge.

1:30pm – meet your bus in Manhattan on Chambers Street near the city hall.

2:00pm – the group will have free time.  SAME AFTERNOON OPTIONS AS DAY 4.  Drop-offs will be made in the SoHo/Greenwich Village/Chinatown/Little Italy area and in Mid-Manhattan.

SAME EVENING OPTIONS AS DAY 2.  THE MOTOR COACH AND DRIVER ARE OFF-DUTY UNTIL 10:45PM

11:00pm – board your motor coach at 6th Avenue and 39th Street for your hotel.  Overnight.

11:30pm – arrive at your hotel.  Overnight.

DAY SIX:

Sunday October 20, 2024

8:00am – the group will enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel.  (included)

9:30am – check out of your hotel, load luggage, board motor coach and depart for Toronto.  Rest/meal stops (including a stop at the Pocono Outlet Mall in Pennsylvania and a duty-free stop) will be made on route.   

10:00pm – arrive in Toronto.  

NOTE 1: All passengers must have proper identification to cross the Canada/U.S. border.  Canadians must have a valid passport.  If in doubt, please contact the U.S. Consulate on University Avenue in Toronto.

NOTE 2: We strongly recommend that all passengers purchase Emergency Hospital/Medical Insurance for their travels outside of Canada.  This may be purchased either through Temple and Temple Tours Inc. (consult your teachers) or at a local branch of a Canadian chartered bank.  We offer two plans:

i) Emergency Hospital Medical Insurance $30.00

ii) Emergency Hospital Medical and Cancellation Insurance $80.00

NOTE 3: We recommend that you travel with U.S. currency as it may difficult and inconvenient to exchange Canadian money during the trip.

NOTE 4: For this trip, you are allowed to bring back into Canada purchase goods whose total combined value does not exceed $800.00 Canadian.
